Dr. Shalini Patel is a general surgeon in Indore, healthcare entrepreneur, and CEO & Co-Founder of Resilience Healthcare Indore. With an M.B.B.S. from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, and an M.S. in General Surgery from AIIMS, New Delhi, she has developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine, surgical practice, and patient care. Dr. Shalini Patel's family has played an important role in shaping her outlook. Her late father, Mr. Kamlesh Patel, was a businessman who strongly believed in her abilities and encouraged her to pursue her ambitions. He also believed that healthcare should be accessible to people regardless of their financial background or caste. Her mother, Mrs. Lalita Patel, despite having limited formal education, placed great importance on her daughter's education and ensured that she received the opportunities needed to build her career. Her brother, Amit Patel, has also been an important source of support in her journey.

Coming from a simple, high-middle-class family, Dr. Shalini Patel built her career through education, determination, and continuous learning. Today, she works as a general surgery specialist while also taking on responsibilities as a healthcare entrepreneur and leader. 

Her professional journey has also received recognition through several awards and honours. She was honoured with the Cluster's of Achievers Award (COA Award) 2026 Resiliency in Healthcare and Leadership Award, presented by Mary Kom. She also received the Bharat Bhushan Puraskar Exclusive Global Honor 2026, presented by the Jivran Foundation. Her contribution to healthcare leadership was further recognized by Diva Planet Magazine.

Dr. Shalini Patel has also been featured in the Femme Times Magazine July 2026 edition in its ' She: The Real Heroes' special issue, highlighting inspiring women and their professional journeys. Her participation in a Medical Delegate Conference associated with UNICEF and WHO has further contributed to her exposure to broader healthcare perspectives.
