Vani Raghavan is the Best Early Childhood Educator in Bengaluru, and Master Trainer whose journey reflects a deep commitment to strengthening the early years of education. With a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Nursery and Kindergarten Education, she has built her career by combining academic knowledge with practical experience in working with young children.

Beginning her teaching journey in 2015, Vani gradually expanded her role beyond the classroom. Her experience has given her an understanding of the different ways children learn and the importance of creating an environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves. She has also developed a strong interest in guidance and counselling and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.

A significant part of her professional journey has been her association with the Samvit Research Foundation, where she served as a member of the Foundational Stage Core Team. Her contribution included developing educational content, teaching-learning materials, and experiential resources for young learners. She has also been involved in initiatives such as Jaadui Pitara and teacher capacity-building programmes, contributing her classroom experience to wider educational development.

As a Master Trainer with RVK Schools, Vani has had the opportunity to share her knowledge and practical teaching experiences with fellow educators. Her professional contribution was also recognised through an Appreciation Certificate from Samvit Research Foundation for her active involvement as a Foundational Stage Team Member. This recognition became a meaningful milestone in her journey and encouraged her to continue contributing beyond her own classroom.
