Dr. Daisy Joseph has progressed through several academic and administrative positions during her professional journey. She began her career as a Tutor at Holy Cross School of Nursing, Mysore, and later worked as a Tutor at Devamatha School of Nursing, Kerala. Her career then progressed to the position of Vice Principal at R.D. Memorial College of Nursing, Bhopal, followed by her role as Lecturer at Kasturba College of Nursing, BHEL, Bhopal. From 2009, she served as Principal and Professor at Mar Baselios College of Nursing, Bhopal.

She currently serves as Professor-cum-Principal in Bhopal at the Institute of Nursing, Rabindranath Tagore University.
